Submitting an Issue

We have made a Support Ticket section on our website that allows users to report issues to the team. Now, you can track your tickets after submitting them, and see the status just by logging in with your Imaginary Account.

To access the Support Tickets page, you can highlight over the Support header at the top of the website, then click Support Tickets. Alternatively, you can just click this link to direct you to your support tickets here: Carbon For Unreal Support Tickets.

To submit a new ticket, click the “+New Ticket” button, as seen in the picture below.
