Requesting New Library Items

Carbon offers a new category in our Support Tickets section labeled as Request New Library Assets where users can post their requests.

Typical turn around is currently 1-2 weeks for standard priority fixture requests. We offer priority fixture build service for a fee with a 7 day or less turn-around for mission-critical projects. To access the Support Tickets page, highlight over the Support header at the top of the website, then click Support Tickets. Create a new ticket, and choose the category Request New Library Assets and fill in the information for the ticket. Alternatively, you can just click this link to take you there directly: Request New Library Assets. Please use the Name of fixture or Library Asset as the subject, Please use ONE TICKET PER ITEM so we can track and respond as each request is fulfilled.
